Bonnie has been in the dental field since 1986 and has been with our practice for more than 23 years!
When it comes to her job as a dental assistant, she adores it. One of the best things about her career is spending time with her coworkers, who have become her close friends over the years due to their kindness and compassion, both at work and after work. Bonnie says, "I love my job, and it’s great to wake up and want to go to work, not dread it!"
Bonnie grew up in Oconomowoc and is a graduate of Oconomowoc High School. In 1990, she married her husband, Henry. They have two sons, Jake and Zach. Her oldest son, Jake, graduated from the electrical power distribution program at Moraine Park Technical College in Beaver Dam and is employed as a linesman. Her youngest son, Zach, plans to follow in his brother’s footsteps and is currently enrolled in the same program.
When she’s not helping our patients, Bonnie is working hard at home raising broiler chickens and Angus beef. In her free time, she enjoys watching her sons play sports, reading, hiking, hunting, and walking her chocolate lab, Ellie, and her shorkie, Oliver. Playing Sheepshead and Euchre with her family and friends is a weekly event.
Bonnie has an amazing heart and generous nature. This was fully demonstrated when she was able to help a family member by donating her bone marrow and stem cells!
